Shipping, Policies and FAQ

As you may suspect COVID-19 has turned all supply chain distribution on its head. As a result items shipped may experience delays.
Shipping and Policies
Although throughout this site "we" and "I" are used interchangeably, it's really just me, myself, and I. I'm the writer, photographer, maker, teacher, and shipping agent. I personally take great care to ensure all of your new favorites are carefully packed and shipped anywhere.
Processing Time
The time needed to prepare, and ship varies. Many items, such as rings and necklaces are made to order. Please allow up to 7 days for order fulfillment, shipped out up to two days after completion.
For other stock items allow 2-4 business days to get your items packed and out the door in route to you (for USA), after which shipping time will likely take an additional 2-4 days for U.S. deliveries and definitely longer for international shipments. All in all, my goal is to get your items to you within a week. If you have questions, email us at beecreativepdx@gmail.com.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for customs and/or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Exchanges: Your satisfaction is important to us! We stand behind the work and will repair, at no cost to you, any items, if they are not holding up to normal daily wear and tear. Should an item not be repairable or unable to replace, we'll offer an exchange up to 90-days after purchase and cover the cost of shipping for your replacement item(s).
Returns: If you are not satisified and not loving your new item. That's ok, it's bound to happen sometimes. Return policy is within 30-days, after which a refund or exchange can't be offered. If there is a problem with a product, and we always want to make it right, please email us with the details.
Given many items are purchased as gifts, etc. proof of purchase will be required for all exhanges and returns.
A best effort is made to provide accurate photos and descriptions of all products. That said colors and hues vary on different devices.
Descriptions provide sizing, measurements, and types of metal for safety to ensure you understand what you are purchasing. If you have a question about an item before you seal the deal, please email us at beecreativepdx@gmail.com.
In the event a return is coordinated. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping or insure the item you are returning, if it's of high value.
